Cleis Jordan, an accomplished Organist and Pianist who lives in Lincoln, has agreed to play the Steinway and Sons piano at the Dr. Woods House the 3rd Friday of each month throughout the summer.

Please bring a chair for enjoying the music on the front yard.  There will not be seating available inside the Dr. Woods House museum.

Cleis Jordan has lived in Lincoln, New Mexico for 35 years.  She and her husband decided to leave the stressful city life and semi-retire to a more peaceful and quiet environment in Lincoln.  Since that move they have continued to do anything but retire by developing Casa de Patron Bed & Breakfast in 1988 for 21 years; along with improving other properties in Lincoln.

Cleis also continued her professional career as a musician having received a Master of Music degree from the University of Houston. She is the Organist at St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church in Roswell where they have the finest tracker pipe organs in the state. She has performed numerous recitals at the church.

Cleis will be playing music on the Steinway square grand piano at the Dr. Wood’s House museum. The piano was her first love before choosing the organ as her major instrument when in college.
